3. Platform Role

Feed Thy Neighbor is a technology platform that enables users to connect for food sharing, food requests, delivery coordination, community gatherings, and related interactions. The platform does not prepare, inspect, store, transport, or guarantee food items listed by users.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide truthful account, profile, and transaction information.
• Comply with all applicable local laws, rules, and regulations.
• Use respectful conduct when messaging, posting, reviewing, organizing events, or delivering items.
• Provide accurate fulfillment details, pickup information, and listing details where applicable.

5. Orders, Listings & Payments

• Food providers are responsible for listing accuracy, availability, pricing, and fulfillment options.
• Eaters are responsible for reviewing listing details before purchase.
• Platform fees, commissions, delivery-related fees, or other charges may apply.
• Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

6. Delivery

Delivery opportunities may be accepted by independent users approved to deliver through the platform. Delivery timing, route execution, and fulfillment outcomes may depend on user availability and conditions outside platform control.

7. Gatherings & Events

Users may create or join gatherings, group meals, and related events. Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of event descriptions, participation conditions, pricing, and location details.

8. Reviews, Content & Moderation

Users may post reviews, comments, messages, photos, listings, and other content. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove content or restrict accounts that violate platform rules, safety standards, or applicable law.

9. QR, Verification & Fulfillment

Certain transactions may use QR codes, verification flows, or order-status confirmations. Users are responsible for following the platform’s fulfillment and verification steps accurately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, food quality, user conduct, delivery outcomes, or event conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Food Sharing App Corporation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for disputes, injuries, losses, food-related issues, delivery failures, or user-to-user conduct arising from platform use.

12. Account Restriction or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform if a user violates these Terms, presents safety risks, engages in fraud, misuse, abusive conduct, or otherwise harms the platform or its users.

13. SMS Terms
